Doubleday Fundraiser Program We offer a unique Fundraising program for organizations like yours. It is as simple as:
Autograph signings:You can keep the first $1,000.00 of the autograph money, after the first $1,000.00 you keep 60%. If you do 2 games you keep all of the autograph money.
You should sell the autograph tickets prior to your event for the major leaguer that your game is with. You will also have the chance to do an autograph signing prior to your event at the camp hill mall (or an approved off sight location). This will help earn additional funds for your group as well as help advertise your game day.
Picnic:You may also choose to have a catered picnic during your games. The catered picnics start around $10.00 per adult, children under 10 $5.00. You charge what you want and sell tickets ahead. Keep anything over the base price.
Incentives for hosting your fundraising with the Doubleday:
Have major leaguers autograph items to be used for auctioning off at your event or later in the year. (you can get balls and bats donated from local sporting good stores )
We will offer gift certificates for our fantasy baseball and our bed & breakfast for you to raffle off or use as prizes for incentives.
